In October 2025, Argentina's Consumer Confidence Index experienced a 6.3% increase, reaching 42.32. This rise marks a recovery from the September level of 39.81 and partially alleviates the substantial 13.9% decline observed in August. All subindices saw improvements: there was a notable 12% surge in durable goods and real estate, the personal situation index went up by 5.8%, and the macroeconomic situation index rose by 3.4%. The index for current conditions climbed by 10.7%, while future expectations grew by 3.6%. On a regional basis, confidence slightly decreased by 0.7% in Buenos Aires City, but saw an increase of 7.8% in Greater Buenos Aires and 7.4% in other regions. Since its January 2024 low, the index has risen nearly 19%, although it remains 8.7% lower than its peak in July. Year-over-year, confidence is 0.24% below its level from the previous year.
