This growth represents a deceleration from the previously revised 7.5% increase in the prior month, reaching its lowest point since September 2024. The slowdown was observed across all areas of construction, including civil engineering, which grew by 4.9% compared to 10.2% in September; building construction, which rose by 2.8% versus 8.7%; and specialized construction activities, which increased by 2.1% against 4.1%. When adjusted for seasonal variations, construction output declined by 1.1%, deepening from the revised 0.8% decrease observed in the preceding month.
