The move marks a shift from January 2026, when price growth was flat at 0.0% compared with the previous month, according to data updated on 27 February 2026.

The month-over-month comparison shows that, after a period of stability at the start of the year, underlying price pressures in Brandenburg have begun to firm. The “actual” figure for February reflects changes versus January 2026, while the “previous” indicator had measured January’s prices against December, when no net increase was recorded.
