Although the overall housing prices showed no change, land prices inched up by 0.09%, while home purchases experienced a minor decline of 0.08%. On a regional level, Calgary and Edmonton reported price increases of 0.3% and 0.2%, respectively, whereas Ottawa and Halifax saw decreases of 0.2% and 0.3%.
