Consumer confidence in Slovenia decreased by 2 percentage points from the previous month, registering at -28 in July 2025. Slovenians have grown more pessimistic regarding the nation's economic outlook over the next year, as the measure has shifted from -34 in June to -37 in July. Similarly, there is an increasing reluctance towards making major purchases, now at -36 compared to -34 before. Evaluations of the current household financial status have also deteriorated, dropping to -19 from -15, and perspectives on savings have slipped slightly to -17 from -16. In addition, anxiety over price changes has heightened, rising to 55 from 47. However, unease about unemployment levels has remained unchanged, holding steady at 27.
